SimpliSolar designs, supplies, and installs commercial solar systems from 30kW to 500kW+. Reduce your energy costs, qualify for tax incentives, and generate a strong, measurable return from day one.
Why Go Solar?
Commercial electricity rates in New South Wales have increased significantly in recent years. Solar is no longer just a green initiative — it is a financial decision with a clear, calculable return.
Commercial solar offsets 60–90% of daytime electricity costs, depending on your usage profile. Most Sydney businesses see $30,000–$80,000/year in energy savings from a 100kW system.
Commercial solar systems are eligible for Australia's instant asset write-off (subject to ATO thresholds). This significantly reduces your effective upfront cost and improves the payback timeline.
Solar generation is predictable and consistent. Locking in your own generation eliminates exposure to rising grid electricity prices and improves long-term financial planning.
Demonstrate your environmental commitment to customers, staff, and investors. Commercial solar provides measurable, verifiable CO₂ reductions and supports NABERS and ESG reporting.
Commercial installations are planned to minimise disruption. Most rooftop systems are installed within 1–3 days with no interruption to trading or production.
All commercial systems can be paired with commercial battery storage and EV charging infrastructure — creating a complete energy management solution for your business.
System Sizes
We design and install systems from 30kW to 500kW+. All systems are custom-engineered for your site, load profile, and grid connection requirements.
Suited to small warehouses, retail stores, and small office buildings with daytime energy loads of 40–80 kWh. Payback typically 3–4 years.
For commercial offices, medium warehouses, schools, and aged-care facilities. Offsets 60–80% of daytime electricity. Payback 3–5 years.
Industrial facilities, large warehouses, and multi-level commercial buildings. Often paired with commercial batteries for demand management.
Custom engineering for large industrial sites, agricultural operations, and multi-site commercial portfolios. Contact us for a bespoke feasibility study.
How It Works
Every commercial project follows a structured process designed to minimise disruption and maximise return on investment.
We review your electricity bills, meter data, and roof/ground area to understand your energy profile, peak demand, and available space for solar. This step is free and obligation-free.
Our engineers design a system that maximises your return — accounting for orientation, shading, grid export limits, and your specific load profile. You receive a detailed proposal with projected savings, payback, and IRR.
We manage all applications with your DNSP (Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, or Essential Energy), including export approval, metering changes, and any required engineering drawings.
Our CEC-accredited commercial installation team completes the work safely and efficiently, coordinating with your facility manager to minimise operational disruption. Most systems are installed within 1–5 days.
We commission the system, set up remote monitoring, and provide a full handover including warranties, certificates, and energy production targets. Ongoing support is available through our service team.
Ready to Go?
Our commercial team will review your electricity bills and site information, then provide a detailed proposal with accurate savings projections — at no cost and no obligation.
