We are a registered business operating under Australian law and are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

• IT service providers — website hosting, email, and CRM services, all operating under data processing agreements that comply with Australian privacy law

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We do not transfer personal information outside Australia without your consent, except where required by law.

5. Storage & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. Our measures include:

• Access controls limiting data to staff who need it to perform their role
