One Team, From First Call to Final Check
SimpliSolar is an independent, Australian-owned solar and battery installer based in Western Sydney. We started in 2017 because too many homeowners had dealt with companies that sold a system, handed the installation to whoever was cheapest and disappeared when something went wrong.
Our answer was to keep everything in-house. The people who assess your roof, design your system, install it, connect it to the grid and look after it afterwards all work for SimpliSolar. That structure is why our customers know who to call, and why problems get fixed rather than passed around.
Our head office and warehouse are in Mount Druitt, and our regional offices in Cobar and Peak Hill support customers across western NSW.
How Our Team Is Organised
Each specialist role covers one stage of your project, so nothing falls between the cracks.
Solar design consultants
Review your bills, roof and shading, then size a system from real usage data and prepare a fixed, itemised quote.
In-house SAA-accredited crews
Our own employees install every panel, inverter and battery. We never hand jobs to subcontractors.
Licensed electricians
Switchboard work, battery connections and backup circuits completed by licensed NSW electricians.
Network & rebate specialists
Lodge connection applications with Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy and handle STC rebate paperwork.
Service & warranty team
Remote diagnosis through your monitoring data, site visits when needed and manufacturer claims managed for you.
Cobar & Peak Hill teams
Local support for homes, farms and businesses across western NSW from our two regional offices.

Safety Comes Before Speed
Roof work and electrical work carry real risks, so our crews follow site safety briefings, use edge protection or scaffolding on two-storey roofs and work to the relevant Australian standards for solar and battery installations.
We carry $20 million public liability insurance plus workmanship cover, and every installation comes with our own 10-year workmanship warranty. If an installation-related fault appears within that time, we fix it at no charge.

Questions About Our Team
Who will install my solar system?
Our own in-house installation crews, led by SAA-accredited installers and licensed electricians. We do not use subcontractors, so the team that installs your system is the same team that supports it.
Are your installers accredited?
Yes. Every installer holds Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) accreditation, which is required for your system to be eligible for federal STC and battery rebates. Licence numbers are supplied with every quote.
Is SimpliSolar insured?
Yes. We carry $20 million public liability insurance plus workmanship cover on every installation.
Do I deal with a call centre?
No. Your enquiry goes to our local team in Western Sydney. Call 1300 669 646 during business hours and you speak to someone who knows your installation.
